System messages reach the right users

The content of an announcement matters only when it reaches the right people at the right time. The new system message mechanism lets administrators:

• schedule the publication period,
• display a message in a banner or only in the message list,
• edit, deactivate and delete messages,
• provide a convenient view with an unread-message counter.

Users can move between messages, open the full content and mark individual items as read. Service, organizational and time-sensitive information stays visible instead of disappearing in general communication.

Faster process design with an improved rule editor and AI support

Process configuration turns an idea into working logic. Release 260630 introduces:

• a dedicated list of table rules with direct creation for tables that do not yet have rules,
• a function library available both in the code editor and from the rule list,
• a panel layout saved by the browser to speed up consultant work,
• change history that lets users copy the code from before and after a modification separately,
• AMODIT Copilot in the right panel, preserving context when users switch between the function library and the editor.

Administrators can compare versions, find functions and develop process logic without moving between separate tools. Copilot provides support while the user remains responsible for the configured rule and its approval.

More control over reports and dashboards

Release 260630 adds reporting and dashboard controls that improve data analysis and presentation:

• new chart settings for axes, titles, range sliders, bar width and corner radius,
• an interactive legend for hiding or highlighting data series,
• movable and resizable dashboard tiles,
• single-screen or scrolling display modes,
• Excel export of the current table report view, including filters, sorting and column order,
• an administrator option to share a variant containing every source column,
• collapsible containers with adjustable height in the report editor.

These changes shorten analysis work and let teams adapt the view to their operating needs.

More document formats without downloads

Users can open additional file types without downloading them:

• HEIC and JFIF in both a case and a table report,
• TXT in a readable right-panel preview,
• Markdown with headings, lists, tables, links, code and quotations preserved.

HTML embedded in Markdown is rendered safely, and the preview remains read-only. Teams handling large document volumes can review content without interrupting their workflow.

Integration improvements for document workflows

Release 260630 introduces an integration module for Poland's Electronic Document Archive (ADE) that supports:

• creating requests,
• working with files,
• tracking statuses,
• searching and sorting items,
• clear rejection and error messages.

Additional integration changes include:

• exporting an integration definition to XML, with or without parameters, and importing it into another environment,
• a batch-signing summary showing the number of signed and unsigned documents,
• JWT authentication for DocuSign integrations started from rules.

Organizations working across multiple systems gain a more consistent document flow.

More predictable administration at scale

Administrators of large installations gain:

• an expanded user profile and user reports,
• administrative activity filtering by event type,
• faster recalculation of role-based permissions,
• improved import of large process definitions with a lower risk of operation timeouts.
