AMODIT Copilot

AMODIT 250630 introduced AMODIT Copilot, an integrated AI assistant for process designers, administrators and end users. It shortens the path from an idea to a working process draft and makes product and internal knowledge easier to find.

Core Capabilities

  • Process drafts from a description: describe a workflow in natural language and Copilot proposes a diagram and form structure for a designer to review and refine.
  • Rule writing and explanation: the assistant drafts scripts from instructions and explains the behavior of existing, complex rules.
  • Process navigation: employees can ask which process to use for a task such as submitting a business trip expense.
  • Product knowledge: Copilot answers questions about AMODIT features using official documentation.
  • Private organizational knowledge: internal documents such as policies can form a controlled knowledge base for employee questions.

From Searching to Guided Work

Employees working in a broad business platform often lose time locating the right process, report or instruction. Process designers face a similar burden when they build every diagram and form from scratch. AMODIT Copilot gives both groups a conversational starting point while people retain control over the result.

Support for Process Designers

A designer describes the workflow logic instead of starting with a blank canvas. Copilot prepares a draft that can be corrected and expanded through conversation. The same approach applies to business rules: the assistant proposes or explains code, and the designer verifies the rule before it is used.

Guidance for End Users

Employees can ask where to find a request or which workflow handles a given task. A private knowledge base can also answer questions from internal policies, reducing routine inquiries handled by HR and administration teams.

Data Boundaries and Security

According to the September 2025 product announcement, AMODIT AI operations use language models through a private, isolated Microsoft Azure instance. Customer data is excluded from training public AI models, and processing takes place in the European Union.

In the version described by the announcement, Copilot works with process definitions and the uploaded knowledge base. It does not access data stored inside individual cases, such as an employee's leave request. Users review generated process drafts, rules and answers before applying them.

Availability

AMODIT Copilot is available in AMODIT 250630. A product demonstration can show how the assistant supports process design, navigation and access to internal knowledge.
