Currenda

Introduction

Currenda is a technology company that develops IT solutions for the justice sector, particularly for bailiff offices and courts. In addition to software development, the company also engages in publishing and training activities, supporting its clients not only technologically but also substantively.

The organization operates in a distributed model, with a large part of the team working remotely from various parts of Poland. This makes efficient processes, clear communication, and easy access to documents absolutely essential. The nature of the industry also requires special attention to formality, information security, and regulatory compliance. Currenda continuously seeks solutions that streamline day-to-day operations while meeting strict legal and organizational requirements.

Challenges before implementing the AMODIT electronic document workflow system

As the organization grew, Currenda faced the need to streamline processes related to documents and communication. The existing solutions could no longer keep up with the scale of operations and the specific requirements of the industry, which made daily work more difficult. Why was an electronic document workflow necessary?

Lack of a central document repository

The company was using several dispersed tools such as Confluence and Jira, which did not provide full control over document workflow and archiving. As the organization grew, the need arose to implement a single, specialized system.

Difficulty in managing customer correspondence

Handling multiple channels (paper, email, electronic deliveries) was fragmented and difficult to organize. It became necessary to implement a solution that would enable efficient handling, archiving, and control over all communication.

Scaling processes along with company growth

The rapid increase in the number of employees and clients made the existing work methods insufficient. It became necessary to implement a system that supports growth and maintains efficiency despite the increasing operational complexity.

Why did Currenda choose AMODIT?

The decision to implement AMODIT was based not only on an analysis of the system’s functionality but also on the experience gained through discussions with the provider and the ability to tailor the solution to the organization’s specific needs. Both the flexibility of the tool itself and the collaborative approach proved to be key factors.

Flexible implementation approach

AMODIT allows for the gradual implementation of successive processes, enabling the organization to start with the most urgent areas and progressively expand the system in line with current needs.

Adaptation to the organization’s specifics

The platform aligns well with the company’s way of working, including the need to integrate with various systems and handle documents and correspondence in a highly formalized environment.

Alignment of the offering with expectations

From the very beginning of the solution presentation, AMODIT aligned well with Currenda’s way of operating. The ability to tailor the tool to the organization’s specific needs and the credibility of what was presented during the proposal discussions were of key importance.

Although we had several offers on the table, your proposal stood out not only because of the compelling product but also due to your openness to a flexible form of cooperation.

Areas of application of the AMODIT electronic document workflow system

The implementation of the AMODIT electronic document workflow system at Currenda is being carried out in stages and covers areas that are gradually undergoing digital transformation. The organization focuses on processes that require streamlining, automation, and improved control over documentation and communication. Currently, the following areas are being implemented or prepared for launch:

Handling of paper and electronic correspondence

AMODIT streamlines processes related to the sending and receiving of documents across all channels—from traditional mail and electronic sender systems to e-sender and registered electronic mail. The implementation includes centralized management of all correspondence, its archiving, and labeling in accordance with legal requirements to facilitate control and ensure access to a complete history of communication with the client.

Document repository

The platform enables the storage of all key documents—such as contracts, protocols, or scans—with assigned retention dates and automatic reminders. This makes it easy to manage the document lifecycle, particularly in terms of compliance with formal requirements and potential dispute situations.

Customer contract management

AMODIT supports both the creation of contracts using predefined templates and the storage of documents prepared outside the system. The entire process will be integrated with the CRM system to provide the sales team with quick access to key information and links between documents and clients.

Future plans for using AMODIT

After completing the first stage of implementation, Currenda plans to expand the use of the AMODIT platform to additional areas, primarily those related to HR documentation. Particular attention is being given to the storage of electronic employee records and the handling of documents requiring signatures, such as contracts for specific work or documents related to copyright.

Currenda sees strong potential in the tools offered by AMODIT, including one-time signatures, which can significantly simplify and accelerate HR-related formalities. In the coming months, analyses are planned to help determine the extent to which these processes will be migrated to AMODIT and how they will be integrated with the existing infrastructure.

Benefits resulting from streamlining key processes

The implementation of the AMODIT electronic document workflow system at Currenda addresses specific operational needs and leads to tangible improvements. In both the areas already in use and those planned, the company gains a tool that simplifies, automates, and organizes processes—without the need to build custom solutions from scratch.

Consistent correspondence management

All communication channels (paper, email, electronic sender, e-deliveries, registered electronic mail) are funneled into a single process, eliminating chaos and reducing the risk of oversights.

Organized documentation and assured retention compliance

Documents are stored in a single repository with retention dates and reminders for review or deletion—in compliance with formal requirements.

Faster access to information

Security and regulatory complianceThanks to the centralization of documents and communication history, employees can find the necessary information more quickly, which shortens customer service times and speeds up response.

Security and regulatory compliance

Standardized processes and document storage in accordance with guidelines minimize legal and operational risks, especially when working with courts and bailiff offices.

Improved workflow efficiency

Streamlined processes enable distributed teams to collaborate efficiently without the need for manual document handovers or guessing who is working on what.

Time savings and reduced manual work

Automation of correspondence handling and document digitization reduces the number of manual tasks. This eases the operational workload on the team and allows them to focus on substantive work.

Collaboration with Astrafox

Currenda views its collaboration with the Astrafox team positively—both in terms of implementation organization and the flexible approach to changes that arose during the project. The consistency between what was promised in the proposal and how the implementation was actually carried out was especially appreciated. The team’s constant availability, quick response times, and well-prepared post-implementation support process were key strengths of the partnership.

Everything you presented in the proposal is fully aligned with how we’re working now. Truly — I’d gladly give you an A+ with a smile, because it all holds true.
