Introduction

For 28 years, Adecco Poland has been a leader in the HR industry, providing temporary and permanent staffing, outsourcing, and managed services across various sectors.

To gain insight into Adecco Poland’s approach to digitalization and automation, we interviewed Katarzyna Gieroń – Manager of Administration and Invoicing, and Agnieszka Ochlińska – Manager of Processes, Implementation, Deployment, and Improvements.

Challenges in the HR Industry

With around 19,000 employees across 50 offices in Poland, Adecco manages the dispatch of over 1,000 contracts monthly. This massive volume of documents required a solution to automate business processes while complying with Polish legal requirements.

Adecco sought a solution offering flexibility, trust, and persistence, ensuring the project’s business needs were met.

Additionally, the company’s largely remote workforce made secure electronic document storage and data protection critical.

As part of the international Adecco Group, they required a solution that could also be implemented beyond Poland.

The Solution for HR

Adecco’s unique internal procedures prevented them from using off-the-shelf solutions. Initially, while awaiting procedural matters, they were provided with a transitional product, which turned out to meet their requirements. Currently, Adecco is customizing the product to fit their specific procedures and preferences.

Two key focus areas for Adecco were HR (broadly defined) and legal (related to contract signing). The main goals set by Adecco were process automation and digitalization.

AMODIT’s proposed solution eliminated the need for a qualified electronic signature for every contract, reducing costs and simplifying the process for employees. Legal analyses ensured that the system would be functional on an international scale, meeting Adecco’s future growth needs.
