User Experience
AMODIT lets each user choose the view shown immediately after sign-in. The home page can open the tab, report, dashboard, or saved case list most relevant to that person's role.
Choose the First View After Sign-In
Earlier versions opened the To Do view by default. Starting with version 2019.0002, users can select any item available in the left navigation as their home page.
- A system tab, such as All or Closed
- A report, including a calendar, Gantt chart, table, or pivot table
- A dashboard combining reports for an area such as HR or finance
- A saved case list returned by advanced search
Each user can change the selection without affecting other users.
Match the Home Page to the Role
A service employee can start with new tickets. An HR specialist can open a dashboard with leave, sick leave, and training registrations. A finance user can begin with liabilities or pending payments.
The feature removes an extra navigation step and brings role-specific work into view as soon as the session begins.
