AMODIT brings invoices, requests, contracts, correspondence, and other business records into one managed environment. Version 2018.0004 improved how users preview and organize those files.
Preview More Document Types
AMODIT already supported previews for PDF, HTML, Microsoft Word, and image files. Version 2018.0004 introduced a new preview-generation mechanism, improved display quality, and added support for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint documents.
Users could review different record types in one environment, including invoices, leave requests, contracts, correspondence, HR data, and accounting reports.
Manage Versions and Navigate More Clearly
The update added file version management and refreshed the menu to improve readability. Together, these changes made it easier to review current information and work with large document sets.
