ABBYY® FlexiCapture Integration
Since AMODIT version 2019.0002, easy integration with ABBYY® FlexiCapture has been enabled. This is our second step, following “skanuj.to” integration, in our journey to provide data capture and document digitization solutions for our customers. The ABBYY® FlexiCapture solution has been implemented for a variety of Amodit customers for a few years now.
ABBYY FlexiCapture is data extraction software which works with a variety of sources, e.g., from scanned documents. ABBY FlexiCapture for Invoices is a version of this software specialized in reading data from invoices.
Customers using Abbyy solutions can now smoothly move from the scanning phase, to identification of the document and reading data from it, and on to starting a case in an AMODIT process. Everything happens automatically, without the need to reenter or manually start a process. Correctly recognized documents are immediately directed along the proper path, e.g. agreement approval, if an agreement was identified; or invoice approval, if an invoice was identified. Or some other path, if key data from some AMODIT workflow is identified.
